Our family truly enjoyed our stay even though it rained the entire weekend. We had plenty of games, puzzles and hot tubs to make up for the rain. Lots of space to spread out and relax. We will definitely be back. We've got to see those water falls next trip!

The house was absolutely amazing with lots to do with my grandkids. We went a couple weeks ago. It was also super close to the grocery store, which was perfect for our family needs. The trails, swimming holes and waterfalls were stunning and the kids LOVED them. Maryam was extremely helpful and got back to me right away with recommendations on where to go for an injury that happened hiking at Grafton Notch State Park. Highly recommend her and this property to anyone, especially families with kids.

We had a glorious week at this scenic home in the mountains. Our extended family had gathered in the area for a celebration; three families converged at this property from other states to join family and friends living nearby. We were a little nervous because we needed space for different folks--some to work remotely, others to cook for a gathering, others to chat and reminisce. This home was perfect--it was so spacious and well laid out that it accommodated everyone. The home is elegant, beautifully appointed, with so many gorgeous touches. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped I've seen in a rental property, which was a relief because we were cooking for 23 at the family gathering. Maryam was very helpful and responsive with any answers to questions. I recommend this home for extended family or friends group.

Wonderful house! Close (less than 5 min) to the grocery store, restaurants, and amenities of Mariposa and less than an hour to the entrance of Yosemite NP. The house was a great landing spot after a full day of hiking and exploring in the park, the pool was a huge hit with the kiddos to cool off after a very hot day!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is absolutely stunning, and the house itself is cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight—we spent hours there relaxing and enjoying the sun. The kids especially loved the TV room, where they could watch movies and have popcorn—it became their favorite hangout spot! They also enjoyed playing games there, which made the stay even more fun for them. We honestly didn’t want to leave at the end of our trip. There are also plenty of cute shops and great restaurants nearby, which made going out for a bite or exploring the area really convenient. One day we took a short 30-minute drive to Splash N Dash with the kids, and it was such a fun outing! Our host was fantastic—very helpful, responsive, and kind. You can tell she really cares about making her guests feel at home. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We were looking for some quality time with family from out of town who had never been to NC before. The cabin was just what we were looking for—secluded, peaceful and very clean. It had all the amenities to make our stay fun and comfortable. We didn’t make it as far as the waterfall but it was a nice shaded, scenic hike. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Just make sure you bring your groceries/ice ahead of time since it is remote and the driveway steep. We even had a bear sighting while there!

My family had an amazing time! We take a mountain trip every year, and this has been our #1 favorite so far. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, and our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. As expected in the mountains, be advised there are black bear sightings, snakes, and plenty of critters around—part of the nature experience, but something to be aware of. Pretty awesome to see! Overall, a beautiful, peaceful getaway. We would definitely book again!

Great location to the many shops and restaurants in town and close to Yosemite. The pool, hot tub, full kitchen, and game room were highlights. There is a long dirt road that leads to the place so don’t take your nice car, but the privacy and seclusion was very appreciated. Overall, great stay and Maryam was very responsive and accommodating.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience. The house was clean, and commutation was excellent. We had a great time visiting Black mountain, Asheville area. Although, we used shuttle for night ventures (Asheville brewery tours provided shuttles), the house is 25 miles to grocery and Blk mtn. The “Bear proof garbage box” didn’t hold much and you need to but heavy objects on top to keep bear out, we encountered bear several times, and had to scare away. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we were expecting (we needed oven mitt for example, or some spices) but generally good views, nice place. Steep driveway.

This may be the perfect Air BNB. If you are planning a trip to Yosemite this is the perfect base camp. Very private but very close to the actual town of Mariposa (which is also wonderful). We woke up to deer in the yard, fabulous views, the pool/hot tub were a huge kit with our teenagers and the whole place was nicely furnished, well-appointed and immaculate. Can't recommend this one enough. Its perfect.
